Bulk Entry Options |
Attention Team Captains! To assist with the on-line entry for large teams, we have a Team Builder option which allows the employees of your company to log in on-line and enter themselves on to your company's team. This is a handy option if team members are paying for themselves because they can pay as they enter. The system also provides for 'deferred bulk payment' which means that no payment is requested from team members as they enter and a GST invoice is generated when entries close.
There is also a second option for large teams and that is a Bulk Entry spreadsheet. With this option, you can open the spreadsheet template by clicking on Bulk Entry, enter the names and related details of employees who wish to take part in the event and then e-mail the spreadsheet to corpchallenge@xtra.co.nz and it will be uploaded directly to the event database. You will then be e-mailed a GST invoice to pay for the event.
